There is a clear distinction between (on the one hand) being attracted to the same
sex and (on the other hand) lusting after or having sex with them. The Bible is clear
that temptation is not a sin; Jesus himself experienced temptation. But acting on
lust or engaging in sexual behavior outside of marriage is sin.
