VBS Sign Up Form 2025

VBS is scheduled for June 16-20 here at FBC in Cedar Rapids IA! Time runs from 9 AM - 12 PM each day. For Kindergarten through 6th Grade for the 2025-26 school year Come be a part of this fun, God-centered week! Remember to click "submit" at the very end.

Children will be split into six groups which will roughly correspond to both their age and grade level. Participants must be attending Kindergarten through 6th grade for the 2025-26 school year.

The below photo displays this year's VBS tshirt that is available for purchase for your child. Once this form is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a new form where you can order and pay for your child's shirt. Deadline for ordering is May 15th.

Photo Release Permission: I grant permission to Faith Bible Church to use any photos of my child taken at Vacation Bible School 2025 in FBC publications. No identifying information will be used.*
If permission is not granted, please submit a recent photo of your child to fbc@faithb.org or church office to assist in our identification of your child in photos prior to publishing FBC publications.
