“Sixth Commandment: Do Not Murder”
Exodus 20:13 and Matthew 5:21-22
I. Do not murder (Exodus 20:13).
II. The New Testament prohibits murder and the root cause of it (Matthew 5:21-22; also see Mark 10:19; Romans 1:29; 13:9; 1 Peter 4:15).
Main Idea: We should not excuse murder by redefining it or viewing it as merely external.
