“Seventh Commandment: Do Not Commit Adultery”
Exodus 20:14 and Matthew 5:27-28
I. Do not commit adultery (Exodus 20:14).
II. Jesus teaches that adultery happens in the heart (Matthew 5:27-28; also see Mark 10:19; Romans 13:9; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10; Hebrews 13:4).
Main Idea: Believers must guard their hearts in order to honor their marriage vows.
