“God’s Design for Marriage”
Matthew 19:1-12
I. Since God designed marriage, God has authority over marriage (:1-6).
II. God designed marriage as a permanent bond of oneness between one man and one woman (:5, 7-9).
III. A man and woman should enter marriage with a sense of awe and solemnness before God (:10-12).
Main Idea: A man and woman should enter marriage knowing that God designed it as a permanent
