“Sequential Discipleship: Follow Me; Be with Me; Remain in Me”
Mark 1:16-17; 3:13-14; John 15:1-11
I. Jesus asks His disciples to “follow Me” as He teaches them and models ministry (Mark 1:16-17).
II. Jesus then asks His disciples to “be with Me” as He sends them out to reproduce disciples (Mk 3:13-14).
III. Jesus desires to replicate His life through His disciples as they “remain in Me” (John 15:1-11).
Main Idea: Committed disciples learn from Jesus, serve Jesus, and live out Jesus’ life through their lives.
