1 Peter: A Living Hope in Christ, by Jen Wilkin
Peter, a man of faith and flaws and an eyewitness to the life of Christ, challenges us to look beyond our current circumstances to a future inheritance. In 1 Peter, he shares concerns about big picture issues for the early believers, reminding them of the living hope they have in Christ. Walk through 1 Peter in this 9 session, video driven Bible study. Preschool childcare provided. Contact Tanna for more information.
Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30 PM, beginning September 6, in room 143
Beginnings: A Women’s Study in the Book of Genesis
Who am I? Where did I come from? What is my purpose in life? Genesis gives the answers to those questions to the Jewish people who had lived the events of Exodus in their own lifetimes. It is their origin story – it is ours too. Genesis gives us God’s perspective and should still give us incentive to stay that course. Ladies, come join us.
Led by Patty Justice, 393-2872.
